We have been convinced that we are victims, constantly hurt by the external world and waiting to be rescued by something greater than ourselves.
We have been taught we are not psychic or powerful or spiritually gifted, that we must speak through a priest to get answers, pay for tarot card readers for predictions and book appointments with healers to heal us.
Yet when we take our rightful place as a medicine woman, we remember that the medicine we were looking for was right inside us all along. We return to the knowing that we are all healers, teachers and wisdom carriers of the Earth and that she speaks through us.
We have been convinced to make decisions from our minds, from logic and rationale and not from the whispers of our hearts, the guidance of our bodies and the pulse of our intuitive wombs.
We’ve been taught our feelings aren’t for feeling - that it’s better to disconnect, to suppress them, to lie about them or to ignore them. They are too scary, too much, too loud, too wild. When we remember how to feel we discover they are the keys to the universe - a system to shift, magnetise, alchemise and create reality.
To feel is to live.
We’ve been convinced our wombs are a place of pain and suffering rather than a powerful energetic centre that brings all life from spirit into matter - a place of playful and orgasmic, limitless creative potential.
We have been told our hearts are too gentle, too sensitive, too unrealistic, too soft, but when we return, we remember that inside of our hearts is a direct line to the Source that we all come from - a supportive, all knowing power holding us in love and safety at all times.
We’ve been told we can’t sing yet when we reclaim our voice and the uniqueness of our frequency, we remember that song is the language of the universe and we can all sing it.
We’re told to put our shoes on before our feet get cold or before we step on something, forgetting that our ancient future technology recognises our electrical bodies are to be grounded through the anchoring and connection and prayer of our feet on the soil.
We’ve believed our suffering is a punishment and we are not worthy of beauty, sacredness and play, but when we remember, when we finally remember, we know deep in our hearts that everything is made of Love and that all we have suffered has been a loving path back to the truth of who we are and all the magic, gifts and joy that lies within each and every one of us.

It is a remembrance of the powerful codes within you hold as a woman through a six week online journey.
Every woman is a medicine woman and has the power to heal and rescue herself. This has always been inside of you, these intuitive medicines of connection, frequency and love, of song and of movement, of nature listening and communication and now it is your time to remember and come home to the truth of who you really are and why you came here.
As a woman, we are a bridge between the stars and the Earth - a unique channel of love and wisdom.
I have been on the most perfect and alchemising journey of pain and suffering into learning, experiencing and remembering so I can share these medicines with other women so we can all return together.
Our stories are our pathways to our gifts and I am here to share with you what I have learnt to help you read your own roadmap of life and remember the powerful, magical, wild woman that you are.
The invitation is to all and any women, you will join at the perfect time in your life whether you are on the first steps of your awakening or in a spiral of deeper reflection- the medicine will meet you where you are. So all welcome and all will receive what they need.
The course will be a medicine journey online over six weeks with each week unravelling, unfurling, and revealing new codes of remembrance. It feels like the opening of a rose, one petal at a time to reveal the beauty and magic at the centre. You will be held in absolute reverence and safety by a trauma-informed practitioner and journey with the group of women who say YES, trusting that it is the perfect weaving of your frequencies at the perfect moment in time. You will each become a medicine to each other within the container. We will flourish together within a WhatsApp community space receiving weekly homework, exercises and prompts for your practice and deepening. The energy is working with you, everyday throughout the whole six weeks and not just on the calls.

We will work with ceremony, voice activations and sound, vision quest and nature connection, shadow work, ancestral healing, dance, embodied meditations, emotional processing and alchemy with lots of play and joy.
This is not a training to be able to teach others, but an embodied awakening to your own expansive womanhood and therefore you become a walking embodiment of your own experience of holding and healing yourself through love. To hold space for others safely and authentically, we need to hold space for ourselves and this is the perfect course to learn how to navigate the world with trust, self-awareness, connection and authentic expression meaning your capacity to hold space or learn new modalities will be all the more powerful.
